Longmire Season 5: Will Walt End With Vic Or Donna? Longmire Days Convention Being Organized!

With A&E cancelling the show, Netflix came in to take the series up and renewed it for Season 4. Netflix realized that what didn’t work for A&E would work for them. The higher demography of the audience would increase their market.

Being a streaming site, they do not have many older viewers subscribing with them, but now thanks to Longmire, they have a new set of audience who have discovered a new world and are going to continue being with Netflix even after Longmire ends.

Netflix is so happy with the kind of viewership that they have been enjoying thanks to Longmire that they have decided to increase the duration of each of the episodes in Season 5. So each of the episodes will run for almost an hour. This will help the story since the editors don’t have to rush into things and every little nuances of the plot can be dealt with and it will also give the minor characters a chance to develop.

Master Herald has informed that Longmire Season 5 might be the finale for the popular series. Craig Johnson, the writer of the series have come out to reveal that the character he created is nothing like the character being depicted on screen.

For the fans who aren’t being able to sit still since they don’t know what to expect from Longmire Season 5, there is a Longmire Days convention being organized in Buffalo around July. The convention is a yearly fixture and will see cast members and show-runners coming in to reveal scoops and insights into the upcoming season of Longmire.

  1. In Canada we never got to see episode 4, here we are watching repeats of episode 3 so we never got to see where Branch was Killed, but I guess it was his dad, it left off where Branch had figured out it was his dad that had Walts wife murdered.
Even with Netflix we do not get the same shows or movies as you do in the USA, here the CRTC regulates what we can and cannot watch even though I pay a $100.00 a month for satalite TV.In Canada Lonmire is on a channel called aptn which is an aborational channel, this is the only show I watch as I feel that most of the other shows are crap, and god forbide yes I am over 40.
