Google Is Yet To Confirm the Release of Google Nexus 7, Huawei Reports That They Are Manufacturing the Nexus 6 Successor, And More

Reports indicate that all three products will be revealed during an event in September. It will also coincide with another press-launch from Google’s most fearsome competitor, Apple. Google hasn’t confirmed when the new device is coming out, but rumors suggest that it will be a high-end tablet instead of budget-friendly variants.

Reports indicate that it will run on a Snapdragon 820 processor with massive storage and at least 3GB of RAM. Sundar Pichai, Google CEO reported that there are plans to add a lot of new features thoughtfully on Nexus and Android phones.

There is plenty of software innovation to be witnessed. Google’s I/O conference was held in Mountain View Shoreline Amphitheatre in California from 18th to 20th May. The main spotlight was on the latest Android N version. At this conference, Google’s Duo, Daydream, the new Google Home and Android Wear 2.0 were introduced, but there was no mention of a Nexus 7.
