Boston is the location of The Commonwealth and the Fallout Universe’s version of Massachusetts has been alluded to in earlier games like Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. Meanwhile, Ronto, which is actually Toronto, was briefly mentioned in Fallout 3, during The Pitt DLC.
