The apartment which has an address of 166 Perry St is located close to the West Side Highways. A condo houses the apartment and inside of it are two bedrooms, an open space for living cum dining purpose, and an entertainment room.
The whole apartment spreads over a total area of 2462 square feet and also includes two bathrooms, a laundry room and a powder room. It has 12 feet ceilings and oak flooring. A stripper pole could also be found in one of the bedrooms.
She had acquired the condo back in 2010 for $1.96 million and has listed it for sale at $3.9 million. Needless to say that the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover model who is currently dating renowned Hollywood start Bradley Cooper, is set to make quite a profit with the sale of her New York home. The place is listed with the team of Jacky Teplitzky from Douglas Elliman.
